Quest_Upgrades During your adventures you will be able to one way or another buff your character by doing certain quests or finding rare items. (while doing Base Control )

- +1 CH in VC for females
- +7% barter in Modoc
- +10% Close Combat in Klamath
- +10% from Lil. Jesus Mordino in New-Reno
- +3% to all combat skills from Harold.
- +10% Heavy W. +8% Close C. from Markus, BH.
- +9,7 or 5% from the doctor in Redding
- +10% Small W. +10% Repair from Vic
- +3 hp from Church in Den
- Chitin armour blueprint in SanFran from Shi scientist.
- Plasma grenade blueprint from ASH-9
- Refined Uranium Ore blueprint in BH
- Super sledgehammer blueprint in SanFran
- Hypo blueprint if your faction owns Phoenix base.

Radio Quests
Each 20 minutes (if you have radio reception of channel 0) there will be a message, telling you that some npc wants an item. Basically, you will only know his name, location and your reward. Order is active for a whole hour, or until someone succeeds in finishing it. Every time you will be rewarded with money, experience and in rare cases a bonus: Character parameter upgrade (crit chance, *dmg type* resistance, +6 to * Skills , carry weight, etc...) The npc you search for will have an icon above his head (!!!PIC NEEDED!!!).
Enhancement Modules
There are 24 Enhancement Modules in total. If you are lucky to find one, you will be able to use it for permament parameter boost. All you have to do is have 125.000$ on your replication balance and visit the Bunker of Brotherhood of Steel, stationed in San Francisco (!!!PIC NEEDED!!!). You can not have more than 1 enhancement of the same type (= you can not have same implants, they are all unique).
